Activation usually completes quickly but sometimes takes longer during busy periods.

Share your device model and we can suggest the best setup steps.

  • Insert SIM (or add eSIM) and restart your device.
  • If porting a number, keep the old SIM active until transfer completes.
  • Update APN settings if mobile data doesn’t work automatically.
  • Test calls, texts and data after activation.
  • Enable Wi‑Fi calling if signal is weak indoors (device/provider dependent).
